The Montana Hotel London

I recently stayed in a hotel located in South Kensington, just a short walk from the Natural History Museum and The Albert Hall. The staff were friendly and the operation team was quick to assist me with a reservation mistake. The asian restaurant in the hotel is a must-visit, offering top-notch cuisine. The rooms were beautifully decorated, though a little more attention to cleanliness would have been appreciated. Overall, a convenient and charming stay for those looking to explore the historical charm of London.

Just back from a stay close to Hyde Park and The Royal Albert Hall and it was fab. The breakfast was more than enough, LOVED the attentive staff! Rooms were fantastic, exactly as described. The staff was wonderful. The only downside was the room size, smaller than expected but newly decorated and comfy. Would choose it again for sure! Staff even rang early to accommodate us. Leisure facilities below average compared to photos. A gem in London!

The location was perfect, right by an underground station with plenty of shops around. The staff was nice and helpful, the shared bathroom was impressively clean, and the room had a big sink. The tiny elevator was a hassle for luggage, but the deep bathtubs were a treat. Unfortunately, the curtains were dirty, rooms were cramped and outdated, with no toilet as advertised. All in all, a lovely comfortable hotel with friendly staff, great amenities, and a convenient location.

Great stay in Kensington! Loved the central location near the museums and tube station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was cozy with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Only downside was a slightly firm mattress. A convenient choice for exploring London.

The double room at The Montana Hotel was so lovely and spacious, perfect for our family of four. The cozy twin room was ideal for the kids, and we could all relax, work, and sleep comfortably. The beds were super comfy, and the room had a warm and welcoming vibe.

Personally, I found the lighting a bit dim in the room.

I loved how Shashi upgraded my room and made sure I was comfortable with my injured leg, and the location was spot on - close to the tube and shops like Boots and Waitrose. The convenience of having Light of India for meals and a cozy common area to chill in was a nice touch after a day out exploring. Only downside was the noisy street if the window was open, but it didn't bother me much. 🌟

As young people, we loved the stylish and modern design of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The Indian restaurant offered delicious food, particularly the buffet breakfast which was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. Close proximity to Gloucester Rd underground station and amenities like Tesco and Waitrose made our stay convenient.

Arriving early, the staff were friendly and organized our luggage so it was ready in our room when we returned. They even booked a taxi for us! The breakfast was delicious and the waiting staff were attentive and friendly. The location was perfect, right across from the tube station and close to the bus stop for the hop-on hop-off tour bus. Plus, it was a short distance from the Albert Hall.

The hotel impressed us from the moment we arrived. Staff were welcoming, efficient, and friendly. Spotlessly clean room with traditional decor and all amenities needed. Perfect location near Royal Albert Hall and Gloucester Road station. Unfortunately didn't have time for breakfast, but menu looked delicious and had gluten-free options.

The nearby attractions and easy access to public transportation were a huge plus for our family, making it a perfect short stay for exploring South Kensington's treasures.

My wife says that a dedicated play area for kids would enhance the family experience.

I loved staying at this hotel! It was in a perfect location close to the underground and all key areas of the city. There were many shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The staff was helpful and cute.

We had a fantastic stay at Montana. Our journey from Glasgow was long and tiring, but the manager Elvis went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing an early check-in so we could rest. The location near Gloucester Road Underground was perfect for exploring the city. The hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the staff were excellent. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and the in-room amenities, like the fridge and generous supply of tea and coffee, made us feel pampered. a great value for money stay.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

I absolutely adored the classic English parlor ambiance with wooden furniture, heavy drapes, and crystal drops in the seating area. It reminded me of a bygone era and added a touch of elegance to the hotel. The general areas were well maintained and easily accessible for senior people. The convenient location with nearby bus stops and underground stations made getting around the city very manageable for us seniors.

I'd wish for larger fonts on the signage for easier navigation for us senior folks.

Plus, the breakfast, which was included in the price, was a great start to our days, with a variety of options to choose from.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff once helped me find a lost valuable. It suits me perfectly and has everything I need like free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and a bar/lounge area. I'm coming back for Easter.
